Partner and affiliate terms

Version 2026-10-25 · Last updated 25 October 2026

This is the version that applies from 25 October 2026.

In short

  • Salons, gyms and academies: your renters, PTs or graduates get Solo for £29 a month, locked. You earn 25% of what they pay for 12 months — or £10 a month off your own plan for each of them who's active.
  • Academies can take £40 per graduate instead, and their own Salon plan is free while 5 or more graduates are active.
  • Affiliates — creators, coaches, educators and customers — earn 30% for 12 months. After our first 50 approved affiliates, new affiliates earn 25%.
  • We pay commission monthly, after the business's 2nd paid invoice, once you're owed £25 or more.
  • Start every post with “Ad”, never cold-message anyone for us, don't bid on “Veyra” in search ads, and only use our approved claims.

1. Who these terms are for

These terms are for partners and affiliates who introduce people and businesses to Veyra:

  • partners — salons, gyms and academies whose renters, PTs or graduates join Veyra;
  • affiliates — creators, coaches, educators and Veyra customers who recommend Veyra to others.

You need to apply and be approved first — see section 8. Customers who'd rather get money off their own plan can use our referral scheme instead.

In these terms, someone is “active” while they're on a paid Veyra plan.

2. Salons, gyms and academies

If you run a salon with chair or room renters, a gym with PTs, or an academy with graduates, those people can join Veyra through you. They get Solo for £29 a month, locked for as long as they stay subscribed.

You can earn either:

  • 25% of what each of them pays us for their first 12 months — £7.25 a month for each person paying £29; or
  • £10 a month off your own Veyra plan for each of them who's active, down to free.

Tell us which you'd like when you apply.

Academies

Academies can choose this instead: £40 for each graduate, paid after the graduate's 2nd paid invoice. And while 5 or more of your graduates are active, your own Salon plan is free.

3. Affiliates

Creators, coaches, educators and Veyra customers can join as affiliates. You earn 30% of what each business you refer pays us for its first 12 months — for example, £29.70 a month for a business on Salon at £99.

The 30% rate is for the first 50 affiliates we approve. Affiliates approved after that earn 25%.

4. How someone is credited to you

Someone is credited to you when they enter your code as they make their account at try-veyra.com/build — or, before their first payment, email it to info@try-veyra.com from the address they signed up with.

We don't use tracking cookies, so following a link to Veyra doesn't credit you on its own. Make sure they have your code.

5. How commission is paid

  • We pay commission monthly. For each person or business you introduce, we start once they've paid their 2nd invoice.
  • We pay once you're owed at least £25. Below that, it carries over to the next month.
  • If a payment you earned commission on is refunded, we take that commission back.

6. The rules

These rules keep you, and us, on the right side of UK advertising and marketing law.

  • Start any post that promotes Veyra with “Ad” — before your link or code, so people know straight away.
  • Never send cold emails, texts, DMs or WhatsApp messages on Veyra's behalf. UK marketing law (PECR) strictly limits messages like these, so we don't allow them at all.
  • Don't bid on “Veyra” in search ads.
  • Only make the approved claimsbelow. If you'd like to say something else, ask us first.
  • If you're an academy, tell your students that you earn commission when they join Veyra.

If a rule is broken

The first time, we'll give you a warning. The second time, the partnership ends, and we won't pay any unpaid commission on business that came from the activity that broke the rules.

7. Approved claims

This is our claims sheet. Everything on the first list is true today, and you can put it in your own words as long as the meaning stays the same. Never say the things on the second list.

You can say

  • Veyra is a UK booking system with an AI front desk, made for appointment businesses — salons, barbers, lash, brow, nail and PMU artists, spas and PTs.
  • Clients can book and cancel online.
  • The AI front desk answers clients and books them in, using your own services, prices and policies. Approve mode lets you check its replies before they're sent.
  • Card deposits go straight into your own Stripe account. Veyra never holds your money and takes no cut.
  • There are 41 form templates to start from, including consultation and patch-test forms.
  • Switch Kit brings your clients across from 17 systems — contact details, notes and marketing consent — with a preview first and 14 days to undo.
  • Founding 100: from £35 a month, locked while you stay subscribed — only for the first 100 businesses to subscribe, and only until 23:59 on 31 January 2027. Build your booking page yourself in a few minutes at try-veyra.com/build and try it before you make an account. Free to set up. Add a card to switch on bookings — £0 today. Your free period ends at your 10th online booking or 30 days after you go live, whichever comes first. We'll email you then, and your first payment is 7 days later.
  • No contract: pay monthly, cancel in the app any time, and take your data as a CSV file.

Don't say

  • “Cuts no-shows by half”Don't promise results like fewer no-shows, more bookings or more money, with or without a number.
  • “Sends text reminders” or “answers your Instagram DMs”Texts (SMS) aren't live, and Instagram messaging isn't open to every business yet.
  • “Insurer-approved” or “insurance-ready” formsThe templates are starting points. Each business checks its forms with its own insurer or trade body.
  • “Brings your whole history across”Past visits don't come across when a business switches, and don't promise that appointments will.
  • “We'll set it all up for you”Businesses build their own booking page at try-veyra.com/build. Don't promise that anyone will set it up for them or call them.
  • “Free for ever”, “free trial” or “no card needed”Setting up is free, but a card switches on bookings, and the first payment comes 7 days after the free period ends, at the 10th online booking or 30 days after going live.
  • “Cheaper than [another system]”, “the only…” or “most popular”No comparisons with other systems, and no superlatives.
