Each plan has a monthly fair-use AI allowance. If it runs out, the agent hands client messages to your team until the 1st of the month. Terms → Confirmations and reminders go by email, which is free. Replying to clients on WhatsApp within 24 hours of their last message is free too; Meta only charges for messages you choose to start there, billed to your own Meta account.
