This is the version that applies from 25 October 2026.
In short
- The first 100 businesses to subscribe to Veyra get founding prices: Solo £35, Salon £99 and Salon Pro £199 a month, locked for as long as they stay subscribed.
- You set Veyra up yourself, in a few minutes. Build your booking page from your price list at try-veyra.com/build, and see it and try your AI before you make an account.
- Setting up is free. Add a card to switch on bookings — £0 today. Your free period ends at your 10th online booking or 30 days after you go live, whichever comes first. We'll email you then, and your first payment is 7 days later. After that, you pay monthly.
- There's no contract. Cancel in the app at any time: your plan stops at the end of the month you've paid for, and you can take your data with you as a CSV file.
- Places close when the 100th business subscribes, or at 23:59 on Sunday 31 January 2027 — whichever comes first.
1. What founding members get
Founding members are the first 100 businesses to subscribe to a paid Veyra plan. This page sits alongside our Terms of Service. Where the two differ, this page applies.
- A locked price
- Your founding price stays the same for as long as you stay subscribed, including when you switch between Solo, Salon and Salon Pro.
- No switch fee
- From 1 February 2027, new businesses pay a one-off £99 switch fee. Founding members never pay it.
- No contract
- You pay monthly and can cancel in the app at any time. Take your data with you as a CSV file.
2. How you start
You can do all of this yourself. There's nothing to book and nobody you need to talk to first.
- Go to try-veyra.com/build, add your business details and type or paste in your price list. In a few minutes, Veyra builds your booking page from it.
- See your booking page and try your AI front desk before you make an account.
- Happy with it? Make an account to keep it — that's free too. Set it up with everything in Salon Pro, for as long as you need.
- When you're ready, add a card in Get live to switch on bookings — £0 today. Your free period ends at your 10th online booking or 30 days after you go live, whichever comes first. We'll email you then, and your first payment is 7 days later.
Bringing your clients across
You can bring your clients across yourself with Switch Kit, in the app. It reads exports from 17 systems and brings across contact details, notes and marketing consent. You see a preview before anything is added, and you can undo the import for 14 days. Past visits don't come across.

3. Prices
Founding prices are for the first 100 businesses to subscribe. From 1 February 2027, prices for new businesses go up to £39, £129 and £249 a month, plus a one-off £99 switch fee. Founding members keep their founding price and don't pay the switch fee.

4. How places close
Founding places close when the 100th business subscribes to Veyra, or at 23:59 (UK time) on Sunday 31 January 2027 — whichever comes first. We won't extend the deadline.
Your place counts from the day you choose a paid plan and add your card, so do it before places close. Nothing is taken that day: your first payment comes 7 days after your free period ends.
5. Paying
- Your free period comes first. It ends at your 10th online booking or 30 days after you go live, whichever comes first; we'll email you then, and your first payment is 7 days later. After that, you pay monthly in advance, through Stripe. Cancel before your first payment and you pay nothing.
- Cancel in the app at any time: your plan stops at the end of the month you've paid for. We don't give refunds for part months.
- No VAT is charged while Veyra isn't VAT-registered. If that changes, we'll give you 30 days' notice.
- Card fees on your clients' deposits are charged by your own payment provider, such as Stripe, under your agreement with them. Veyra doesn't add a fee.
- If you use WhatsApp with Veyra, any message charges from Meta are billed to your own Meta account.
